Ab und zu gibt es bei mir ja ein Cider auf dem Kanal, vorallem wenn der Cider von einem Brauer kommt. 😁 Diese Version VON Sebastian Cider wurde mit Quitten hergestellt.

👁️:
Der Cider ist hellgelb und leicht trüb.

👃:
Der Cider rischt intensiv nach Quitte und leicht nach Apfel.

👄:
Der Antrunk ist leicht sauer und Fruchtig nach Apfel und Quitte. Im Mittelteil merkt man etwas leicht die Kohlensäure und die süße der Quitte kommt durch. Der Abgang ist leicht sauer nach grünen Apfel und leicht herb.

Fazit:
Ein leckeres Cider, Quitte geht immer. 👍 Cheers 🍻

From time to time I have a cider on the channel, especially when the cider comes from a brewer. 😁 This version of Sebastian Cider was made with quince.

👁️:
The cider is light yellow and slightly cloudy.

👃:
The cider smells intensely of quince and slightly of apple.

👄:
The initial taste is slightly sour and fruity after apple and quince. In the middle part you can easily notice the carbonic acid and the sweetness of the quince comes through. The finish is slightly sour, like green apples, and slightly tart.

Conclusion:
A delicious cider, quince always works. 👍 Cheers 🍻
