Heute zur Mottowoche gibt es ein Magic Road Bier was wieder Brauerei typisch schön verrückt ist. Es ist an einem Zimt-Frucht Kuchen angelegt.

👁️:
Die Farbe des Bieres ist ein dunkles orange, trüb und Blickdicht. Eine Schaumkrone gab es nicht.

👃:
Das Bier riecht sauer nach Limette und anderen Zitrusfrüchten und etwas nach Birne.

👄:
Der Antrunk ist sauer, leicht spitzig und etwas nach Birne und Äpfeln. Im Mittelteil nimmt die Säure langsam ab und es kommen süße, fruchtige Aromen dazu zusammen mit leichten Zimt und Vanille Aromen. Der Abgang is schön nach Limette, etwas nach Birne, süß-sauer und am Ende bleibt ein leichter Zimt Geschmack auf der Zunge zurück.

Fazit:
Ein spannendes und mal wieder ein schön verrücktes Bier von @browar.magic.road 👌 Cheers 🍻

Today for the theme week there is a Magic Road beer, which is again typically brewery crazy. It’s based on a cinnamon fruit cake.

👁️:
The color of the beer is dark orange, cloudy and opaque. There was no foam crown.

👃:
The beer smells sour of lime and other citrus fruits and a bit of pear.

👄:
The initial taste is sour, slightly pointed and a bit like pear and apple. In the middle part, the acidity slowly decreases and sweet, fruity aromas are added along with light cinnamon and vanilla aromas. The finish is nice like lime, a bit like pear, sweet and sour and at the end a light cinnamon taste lingers on the tongue.

Conclusion:
An exciting and once again a pretty crazy beer from @browar.magic.road 👌 Cheers 🍻
