Heute startet die Magic Road Woche und natürlich muss sie bei der Brauerei mit einem Sour Bier starten. 😁
Dieses Sour Bier ist etwas weniger verrückt mit Kiwi und Pistazien.

👁️:
Die Farbe des Bieres ist ein dunkles grün, trüb und blickdicht. Eine Schaumkrone gab es nicht.

👃:
Das Bier riecht süß und intensiv nach Pistazien und etwas nach Marzipan.

👄:
Der Antrunk ist leicht cremig, etwas süß und nach Pistazien. Im Mittelteil erreicht das Aroma der Pistazien den Höhepunkt, es wird saurer und etwas nach Kiwi. Der Abgang ist hauptsächlich nach der Kiwi, schön sauer und etwas trocken.

Fazit:
Ein super leckeres Bier und jedem zu empfehlen der auf Pistazien steht. 🔥

This sour beer is a little less crazy with kiwi and pistachios.

👁️:
The color of the beer is dark green, cloudy and opaque. There was no foam crown.

👃:
The beer smells sweet and intensely of pistachios and a bit of marzipan.

👄:
The initial taste is slightly creamy, somewhat sweet and of pistachios. In the middle part, the aroma of the pistachios reaches its peak, it becomes more sour and a bit like kiwi. The finish is mainly after the kiwi, nicely acidic and a bit dry.

Conclusion:
A super delicious beer and recommended to everyone who likes pistachios. 🔥
