Heute gibt’s ein schönes Sour mit Blaubeeren, schwarzer Johannisbeere und Himbeere, außerdem wurde Gose Typisch auch Salz und Koriander. Die Brauerei ist außerdem seit Februar 2022 von Russland besetzt und die Brauerei Braut seitdem bei anderen Brauereien.

👁️:
Die Farbe des Bieres ist ein dunkles lila, trüb und blickdicht. Die Schaumkrone ist feinporig und 3 Minuten stabil.

👃:
Das Bier riecht süß nach Blaubeeren und Himbeere.

👄:
Der Antrunk ist süß, cremig und nach Blaubeeren. Im Mittelteil wird es langsam saurer und zu den Aromen der Blaubeeren kommen Aromen von schwarzer Johannisbeere. Der Abgang ist sauer und intensiv nach Himbeere.

Fazit:
Schönes Sour, cremig und mit viel Beeren Power. Cheers 🍻

Today there’s a nice sour with blueberries, black currants and raspberries, plus salt and coriander was typical for Gose. The brewery has also been occupied by Russia since February 2022 and the brewery Braut has been with other breweries since then.

The color of the beer is dark purple, cloudy and opaque. The head of foam is fine-pored and stable for 3 minutes.

👃:
The beer smells sweet of blueberries and raspberries.

👄:
The initial taste is sweet, creamy and of blueberries. In the middle part it slowly becomes more acidic and the aromas of blueberries are accompanied by aromas of black currant. The finish is sour and intensely raspberry.

Conclusion:
