🇩🇪:
Heute gibt es eine schöne große Flasche aus Tirol in Österreich. Dieses Bier wurde in einem Aprikosen Brandy Fass gereift. Die Flasche war auch die Nr. 24 im Adventskalender von Alehub

👁️:
Die Farbe des Bieres ist ein schönes Orange und trüb. Die Schaumkrone ist größtenteils grobporig und 3 Minuten stabil.

👃:
Das Bier riecht erfrischend, hopfig und Fruchtig nach Steinobst und etwas Kaki.

👄:
Der Antrunk ist spritzig und etwas nach Apfel. Im Mittelteil kommt die Aprikose gut hervor und mischt sich mit leichten Aromen von Birne und anderen Steinobst. Der Abgang ist holzig, leicht bitter und trocken.

Fazit:
Spannende Aromen, aber ich bin ja eh ein Barrel Aged Fan. 😁 Cheers 🍻

Today there is a nice big bottle from Tyrol in Austria. This beer was matured in an apricot brandy cask. The bottle was also number 24 in the @alehub.de advent calendar 😁

👁️:
The color of the beer is a beautiful orange and cloudy. The head of foam is largely coarse-pored and stable for 3 minutes.

👃:
The beer smells refreshing, hoppy and fruity with stone fruit and some persimmons.

👄:
The initial taste is sparkling and somewhat like apple. In the middle part, the apricot comes out well and mixes with light aromas of pear and other stone fruits. The finish is woody, slightly bitter and dry.

Conclusion:
Exciting aromas, but I’m a barrel aged fan anyway. 😁 Cheers 🍻
