🇩🇪:
Heute gibt es ein schönes Bier von Flügge welches in Zusammenhang mit der non profit Brauerei Wilder Wald entstanden ist. In diesem Bier wurde frisches Heu mit eigebraut, was für mich was komplett neues ist. 😁

👁️:
Die Farbe des Bieres ist ein helles orange und trüb. Die Schaumkrone ist feinporig bis mittelporig und war 3 min stabil.

👃:
Das Bier riecht typisch sauer und etwas grasig.

👄:
Der Antrunk ist leicht spritzig, etwas Fruchtig und Hopfig. Im Mittelteil kommt eine leichte Hefe more hervor es wird leicht sauer und erfrischend und man schmeckt tatsächlich etwas das Heu heraus. Der Abgang ist Hopfig, leicht trocken und etwas süß.

Fazit:
Ein spannendes und leckeres Bier. 👍 Cheers 🍻

Today there is a nice Flügge beer which was created in connection with the non-profit Wilder Wald brewery. Fresh hay was brewed in this beer, which is something completely new for me. 😁

👁️:
The color of the beer is bright orange and cloudy. The head of foam is fine-pored to medium-pored and was stable for 3 minutes.

👃:
The beer smells typically sour and a bit grassy.

👄:
The initial taste is slightly sparkling, somewhat fruity and hoppy. In the middle part, a light yeast emerges, it becomes slightly sour and refreshing and you can actually taste the hay. The finish is hoppy, slightly dry and a bit sweet.

Conclusion:
An exciting and tasty beer. 👍 Cheers 🍻
