🇩🇪:
Heute gibt es ein schönes Sour mit 20% Pflaumen Püree. Ich bin ein großer Fan von Pflaumen, passt also zu mir. 😁 Auch eine schöne Idee, die Dose wie ein oldshool Marmeladenglas zu gestalten. 👌

👁️:
Die Farbe des Bieres ist ein dunkles orange, trüb und blickdicht. Die Schaumkrone war mittelporig und nach zwei Minuten wieder weg.

👃:
Das Bier riecht nach Pflaume und etwas nach Zimt.

👄:
Der Antrunk ist weich, etwas sauer und leicht nach pflaume. Dieses weiche Mundgefühl setzt sich das ganze Bier über vort. Der Mittelteil ist etwas intensiver nach pflaume und weiterhin leicht sauer. Im Abgang verflüchtigt sich die pflaume langsam, es wird sauer und ganz am Ende bleibt der Geschmack von Zimt im mind zurück.

Fazit:
Einfach ein super leckeres sauer. 👍 Cheers 🍻

Today there is a nice sour with 20% plum puree. I’m a big fan of plums so suits me. 😁 Also a nice idea to design the can like an oldshool jam jar. 👌

👁️:
The color of the beer is dark orange, cloudy and opaque. The head of foam was medium-pored and disappeared again after two minutes.

👃:
The beer smells of plum and a bit of cinnamon.

👄:
The initial taste is soft, somewhat sour and slightly reminiscent of plum. This smooth mouthfeel carries over throughout the beer. The middle part is a bit more intense after plum and still slightly acidic. In the finish, the plum slowly evaporates, it becomes sour and at the very end the taste of cinnamon lingers in the mind.

Conclusion:
Just a super delicious sour. 👍 Cheers 🍻
